I am certified in Chakra Healing, Crystal Healing, and Utsui Reiki, Level 3. I am also certified in Yoga Nidra, Yoga Breathwork coaching, Crystal Yoga, and Zflow Power Yoga. I am a walking cliche: an almost middle-aged (ALMOST, people, ALMOST) girl spazzing around the place, gifting naturally terminated clear quartz crystals to everyone I meet, trying to heal myself so I can help others heal. All joking aside, though: when I started working with energy modalities, and crystals, my whole world changed. And I really want to help you change yours, if that's what you want too! Just like you, I go through "seasons" of adhering to these practices more deeply than other times. I am certainly not perfect, or 100% knowledgeable all the time, and that's ok.
Crystals and gemstones are full of sacred geometry: symbols and patterns found throughout the universe in living and growing things. Thanks to the pattern created inside crystals when they are formed, (and different crystals contain different patterns), their energy is very stable. It does not change. (Unlike us humans, who are constantly growing and changing and therefore have very UN-stable energy.) So what happens when we place crystal and gemstones in our energy field, and on our person? Our own energy, emotions, and auric field can become stable and calm.
OF COURSE it takes a little more work than that, and some definite intentionality, to really gain the higher benefits of crystal healing. And crystals, and gemstones, are certainly not a cure-all. But they can be a powerful medicinal adjunct in addition to other lifestyle factors.

I also must state that you should not mistake any crystal properties stated on this website for medical advice. (Even though, in my opinion, Western Medicine is woefully ignorant and has totally forgotten, ignored, and shat upon the very Old Ways we all once practiced, when we understood that plants, herbs and crystal energy were powerful allies for our health, immunity, well-being, and safety; not to mention the grounding connection to Mama Gaia that we all really need in this hyper-connected world.)
